My vision and method

My vision is to support creating a community of empowered women who are dedicated to living a healthier and happier life and who feel supported and inspired in their health and wellness journey. I strive to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for women to explore their health and wellness goals and develop new skills and strategies to make lasting changes. 


My health coaching method focuses on lifestyle modifications, dietary changes, sleep improvement, and stress management techniques and includes:

  • functional medicine principles which are focused on identifying the root cause of health issues and addressing them holistically

  • discovering your vision of health and wellness, your personal strengths and resources to set goals that are in alignment with your health and wellness vision.

  • positive psychology that empowers you to make positive changes in your life.  

  • client-centered approach that allows you to lead your own health and wellness journey and to implement the healthy lifestyle changes into your daily routine through an action plan.

​I understand the weight and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first.  That's why I offer support, accountability, collaboration, education, and resources to implement the healthy life style changes that you are aiming for.
